Studio & Deposit Policies

Sample — replace. A non-refundable deposit is required at booking to lock your time slot. The deposit is applied directly to your service balance on the appointment day. The remaining balance can be settled in person via Apple Pay, credit/debit card, Cash App, or cash.

Sample — replace. We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. If rescheduled with 48+ hours notice, your deposit transfers to the new date once. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.

Sample — replace. Our workspace operates inside a dedicated six-bedroom private residence sanctuary. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled start time. Shoes are removed at the foyer; indoor slippers are provided. To preserve serenity, please silence mobile phones.
